To perform skill-based Advanced Task Assignment filtering, launch the Skills Get From Pool Assignments domain:

To find the Skills Get From Pool Assignments domain:

  1. Type “Skills” Get From Pool into the search bar and press enter.

  2. Launch the Skills Get from Pool Assignments (690) domain.

Tip: You can use the search bar on the Admin page to loof look for the preferred domain.

Adding Skills for a Work Item (WI)

Skill-based filtering aims to assign work items to users who have the appropriate skills. Thus, users can accomplish all the assigned WIs regarding the service-level agreement (SLA).

To add new skills:

Navigate to Administration > List Domains > Skills, and then click New Skills.

In Details, provide the preferred information based on your firm requirements.
Some fields are mandatory, for example: Name, Workflow, and Skill Rarity.

Note: Name of the skill must be unique.

In Task Times, provide the preferred time requirements based on SLA.

To add a new type of request, select Add on the Request Type pane.

Find the already existing request type by Name, Scan User, Request Category or by other options.

Provide the preferred information for a new request type: Details, Scan User, User Group, Required Client Doc Types, and Default Send To.

Once you add the preferred information, click Save.
