Introduction: This guide describes the basic functionality of the Exago Reports tool.

Prerequisites:

SLA By Request Type

 

To open the SLA by Request Type report: select SLA by Request Type from the list (Figure 1) and click the Play icon (Figure 2).

SLA by Request Type report displays the average process time for each Work Item by request type.

The chart shows the processing time graphically allowing to get a visual overview of how it works on different request types.

Clicking on the particular chart’s bars (sepia color in the example) results in the table underneath allowing you to filter out just the request types you are interested in.

Icons on the bottom left side of the chart allow you to change the layout of the report:

  • Show the chart at the top or the bottom (Figure 3)

  • Show only the chart (Figure 4)

NIGO Report By Advisor

 

To open the NIGO Report by Advisor report: select NIGO Report by Advisor from the list (Figure 7) and click the Play icon (Figure 8).

To open a report, follow the same steps as before:

  1. Select NIGO Report by Advisor from the list.

  2. Click the Play icon.

  3. Click Run Report.

The NIGO Report by Advisor shows a list and count of advisors with their branch codes and NIGO accounts. In this report, a drill-down functionality is implemented.

To get more detailed information, click on the required cell (NIGO Count in the example (Figure 10). All NIGO accounts are displayed). The detailed list of selected advisor’s accounts is displayed over the main Report.

Reject Report by Advisor

 

To open the Reject Report by Advisor report: select Reject Report by Advisor from the list (Figure 11) and click the Play icon (Figure 12).

To open a report, follow the same steps as before:

  1. Select Reject Report by Advisor from the list.

  2. Click the Play icon.

  3. Click Run Report.

In the Apply Parameters screen define the beginning and ending dates for this report.

The Reject Report by Advisor shows a list and count of advisors with their branch codes and rejected accounts (Figure 14). In this report, a drill-down functionality is implemented.

Production Report

 

 

To open the Production Report Total: select Production Report Total from the list (Figure 15) and click the Play icon (Figure 16).

In the Apply Parameters screen define the beginning and ending dates for this report.

The Production Report Total displays the total process time for different request types at the defined timeframe. It shows the request status and number of Work Items with this request type.

To get more detailed information, click on the required cell (column: Request Type, cell: ACAT) in the example (Figure 19). All ACATs are displayed). The detailed list of the selected request type with Work Items, SLA start, and end time is displayed over the main Report.

In another example (Figure 20) the cell In progress of the column Request Status is selected.

The actual contents of the sub-report depend on how the report is configured. You can get similar or different sub-reports by selecting various items.

To access reports, navigate to Administration > Reports.

Administration > Reports menu

The system displays a list of report groups and their descriptions. To access specific reports, click on the group name.

Report groups

The list of reports in the group appears. To open a report, click on the respective link.

Note: If a report requires search parameters, the corresponding search page opens. Some reports are run directly without additional parameters, in such case the resulting report is shown.

To return to the full list of report groups, click either Reports in the main toolbar in the top part of the page, or click Back to Groups in the report toolbar above the parameters screen.

To return to the list of reports in the group, click Back to Reports in the report toolbar.
