If you need to select an option in a dropdown, but it is not available, you can use the Manage Custom Values for Dropdowns feature. This allows you to add a custom value into the system for use later.

Note: The example below uses the Custom Business Types list. However, all custom value lists behave the same way.

Navigate to User Tools > Manage Custom Values for Dropdowns.

Click on the list that you would like to add information to.

Click the New Custom Business Types button.

Fill out the Details.

Note: You are only required to enter a Name.

Click Save.

Confirm that your option is available to select.
