Configuration instructions for Reports.

Audience: Administrators, who configure the Docupace system.

Functionality: Reports is and are an administrative function of Docupace. It allows to view activity performed by users of the system, on-going status of work items, changes made to specific items within workflows, and many more aspects of daily work in the Docupace systemthe Back Office to gain insights related to the organization.

Administrative features include:

  • Assigning Reports to Report Groups

  • Assigning Users the ability to view specific Report Groups

Note

Prerequisites: To access administrative features of Reports, the user must be given Administrative Access to Reports .
