To schedule reports, you need to have report scheduler access rights configured in the site’s security realm. You can filter by the results. Define the filter if you want to run a filter automatically. Select the Filters tab. Choose the fields (EVENTDATE in the example) from the list on the left side (click the Arrow icon) for the selected report. Select the condition from the dropdown. Enter the value.

Administering Reports1 | Click Manage Scheduled Reports to administer the schedules. To edit existing schedule, click the pencil icon on the selected schedule. Make the necessary changes. To delete existing schedule, click the appropriate x icon. To remove all schedules created by the current user, and that have been complete and deleted click the Flush icon. | |

1 | To access reports, navigate to Administration > Reports. | | 2 | The system displays a list of report groups and their descriptions. To access specific reports, click on the group name. | | 3 | The list of reports in the group appears. To open a report, click on the respective link. Note: If a report requires search parameters, the corresponding search page opens.
