Provided comprehensive documentation about integration between RightBRIDGE and Docupace including configuration and implementation flow.

Audience: Docupace and RightBRIDGE Administrators, Financial Professionals, and Advisors.

Functionality: Integration between Docupace and RightBRIDGE ensures the following benefits:

  • The safe transition of documentation from proposal to account opening.

  • Quick access to the preferred tools directly from Docupace.

  • Reduce the duplicated data entry for Advisors.

  • Form prefilling within Docupace from RightBRIDGE data storage.

  • Loading and indexing of RightBRIDGE reports in Docupace.

Overview

RightBRIDGE is a third-party system from Capital Rock and is used to determine the suitability of proposed products or accounts. RightBRIDGE has three different modules that it uses:

  1. An Annuity wizard, which reviews, annuities,

  2. An Investment wizard, which goes over mutual funds and brokerage accounts,

  3. A Life Insurance wizard.

Docupace integration with RightBRIDGE to provide the advisors the ability to use the RightBRIDGE to select the product and have RightBRIDGE send Docupace the data to populate the new account opening paperwork in Docupace.

RightBRIDGE Configuration

To configure Docupace and RightBRIDGE integration, complete the RighBRIDGE Profiler and applicable wizards first:

Log in to RightBRIDGE Product Profiler using your credentials.

Click Create a New Case to create a new item.

There are five sections to be configured. Fill out required details in the given questionnaire.

Fill out the fields in the Client Information section:

First Name - enter the first name of the client.

Last Name - enter the last name of the client.

Case Description - describe the case.

Age - enter the age of the client.

Marital Status - click appropriate button to select marital status.

Employment Status - select the status from the dropdown.

Click Next -> to continue to the next section.

In the Objective section:

Select the Purpose of the investment -

  • Retirement or

  • Other Non-qualified Need.

Enter the Client Retirement Age.

Select the Method to use to determine the client’s time horizon -

  • Use Distance To Retirement or

  • Specify Number of Years.

Select the Retirement goal type -

  • Use a Percent of Earned Income or

  • Use a Dollar Amount.

Select the Retirement income goal method -

  • Spend down all my investment assets or

  • Use a percentage of assets each year.

Select the Retirement contributions -

  • Percentage

  • Dollar Amount or

  • No Contribution.

Specify, if the plan offers a Matching contributions -

  • Match Unavailable

  • Maximized

  • Not Maximized or

  • Don’t know.

Click Next -> to continue to the next section.

In the Rollover section:

Specify if the client have assets that he/she may consider rolling over:

  • No Assets to Rollover or

  • Add Rollover Account.

Search for a plan to proceed by choosing from the dropdown or using the Search function.

Click Add if additional Rollover Account is required.

Click Next -> to continue to the next section.

In the Income/Assets section:

Enter details of All income streams for the household.

Click Add, select Spouse, and enter the spouse’s income.

Select how to handle Social security benefits -

  • System Estimate

  • Specified Benefit or

  • Not Included.

Select how to enter the information about the client’s current assets and holdings -

  • I will enter a lump sum or

  • I will enter all the individual accounts.

Enter the Total Investable Assets.

Enter the Total Liquid Net Worth.

Select the After-tax growth rate for these assets.

Click Next -> to continue to the next section.

Fill out the fields in the Client Preferences section:

Fill out the questionnaire. It will help to to detect what products to offer.

Click Submit.

Note: Depending on the system, these sections can be a bit different.

In this example, the section contains links:

  • Risk Tolerance Questionnaire (link to the Risk tolerance questionnaire, approved by the client)

  • Download Form CRS (custom questions for the client).

A list of different products is displayed. Depending on the questionnaire results, RightBRIDGE scored them.

  • The most applicable are in green (Mutual Funds/UITs and Annuity Accumulation),

  • Good - in yellow (Annuity with Lifetime Income), and

  • Unsuitable - in red.

Click Choose Annuities (1) to go the annuity path.

click Select Investments (2) to go the investment path or

click Insurance to go the insurance path (not available in this example).

Choose the product and click the Details (3).

The Details screen shows the compliance level and description (in the example - Mutual Funds/UITs).

Click Close to go back to the product list.

Advisor can download the report and show it to the client, and a copy is sent to the Docupace.

Click Download Report (1).

Enter a custom filename (2).

A list of the product profiler is available. Some firms do require this document to be included.

In this example click Choose Annuities. It will open the Annuity wizard. It will ask a series of questions that help to choose which annuity client should buy.

The Annuity wizard opens the page with partially prefilled information. Fill out the other fields.

Tip

Example: Depending on the State of Issue you selected, the different products are offered.

Reminder: All fields with the asterix are required.

Click Evaluate Annuities when finished.

The wizard shows a list of available annuities, based on the entered information.

  • The most applicable are marked in green and with checkmark.

  • Good - in yellow and with exclamation mark.

Choose the annuity and click the Details.

The Details screen shows the compliance level of selected annuity (in the example - Protective Income Builder), and advisable (green), neutral (blue) or negative (red) concerns it has. This is a tool that Advisor has to explain to the client.

Click Close to go back to the annuities list.

Click Select to purchase the relevant Annuity product.

Enter the notes (1) and click Save (2).

There are two options available:

  • Start Paper Application (The wizard opens the landing page with the paper forms)

  • Start eApplication.

Click Start eApplication to integrate the RightBRIDGE product with Docupace. With the SSO the Docupace Starting Point opens. Data from RightBRIDGE feeds the Docupace and prepopulates values in Docupace Starting Point.

In the Docupace Starting Point screen contains the information received from the RightBRIDGE: solicitation state, the carrier, the owner name, product type, and the actual product.

Click Next.

In the Select Registration Type screen select the Registration Type from the dropdown.

Click Next.

In the Select Account Service screen select the Account Service from the dropdown.

Click Next.

In the Owners screen enter the missing information.

Note: The SSN is not present in the RightBRIDGE, therefore the user has to enter it here.

Starting Point is searching for this client and adding the Advisor.

Click Next.

In the Reps screen select the Writing Agent to be associated to this account.

Note: Partnering Agent is optional.

Click Next.

Review the information in the Summary screen.

Click Next.

This will create a Work Item and will open a screen to work on this transaction.

In the given example, the first three proprietary forms (1) of the Work Item were configured in the Forms Matrix.

The next two forms (Annuity Wizard Report and the product profiler) (2 and 3) are added during the integration.

If the Advisor changed anything on the product profiler or, selected annuities before, the Starting Point is going to take the last one. All those forms are stored within documents, but the last one is going to be tied to the Work Item.

If the forms require signatures, they must be eSigned.

Click Launch Annuity Docs, because these are Annuity forms.

This will launch the AnnuityNet Wizard and prefill the forms with the available information (in the examaple - carrier: Protective Life and Product: Protective Income Builder).

The rest is normal workflow processing since it comes into the Starting Point. If the client wants different workflow for the RightBRIDGE cases versus the non-RightbBRIDGE cases, it's all can be configured within FM to M mappings or the Forms Matrix.
