The Work Item Status app allows financial professionals to quickly access Work Items related to a specific Redtail Contact. The Work Item Status app has several sections. These are described in more detail below.

Client Name

The system displays the name of the client/contact whose Work Items you are viewing.

Launch Quick Start

Clicking this button will send you back to Quick Start.

Status Tabs

Clicking these tabs filters Work Items by status and also affects what’s shown in the Documents section. The app highlights the first Work Item in each status by default. This determines the documents available for view.

Work Items Table

This table displays a list of Work Items associated with the selected client. The app highlights the first Work Item in the list by default. The list is limited to five results, but you can use the Previous and Next buttons (F) to move between pages.

To see a list of documents attached to the Work Item, single-click on it. This highlights the Work Item and changes the documents visible in the Documents table (E). To open a Work Item, click the folder icon.

Documents Table

This table displays a list of documents attached to the highlighted Work Item (D). The list is limited to five results, but you can use the Previous and Next (F) buttons to move between pages.

The app highlights the first document in the list by default. To open a document, click on the folder icon.

Navigation Buttons

Click Previous and Next to navigate between the displayed results of either the Work Items (D) or Documents (E)table. Each list only displays 5 results.
