Navigate to Forms Library. Filter and search for all forms marked with the specific label. Remove each form the label as described in Removing a Form from Favorites.

Navigate to Forms Library and open the Labels tab. Hover over the now empty label and click the trash can icon to Delete the label.

A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click OK to permanently delete the label.
