Open the Forms Library. Filter and search for the form you would like to remove from your favorites.

Click on the pencil icon to access the form Details.

Scroll down to the Favorite Forms section. Select the label(s) you would like to disconnect a from this form. Then click Remove.

Note: The form may be in multiple saved favorites.

Click Save and Close for the form.

Verify the change by filtering and searching for the label you just removed the form from.
