There are currently two ways to To remove forms from your Favorites . Option 1 is within the Forms Repository. Option 2 is within the Favorite Forms domain.

Access the Favorite Forms domain by navigating to Administration > List Domains > Favorite Forms.

Search by Form or Label to locate the form you would like to remove from the favorite label. Click on the row or on the pencil icon to edit.

If the form is attached to more than one label, click on the row to edit.
Note:
If the form only belongs to one label. You need to remove the form from the main Favorite Form domain page. Hover over the form and click on the trash can icon to delete the form.

Click the checkbox next to the label(s) you would like to remove from the form. Click Remove to disconnect the form from the label.

Click Save and Close.
