SIGNiX must enable the authentication mode before you can use it in your Docupace site. |
The new SMS authentication mode the allows a user signer to complete an eSigning ceremony without having to re-enter their password. Instead, they can request an SMS verification code.
Setting up the Authentication Mode
Add a new record in the Signer Auth Modes domain (270)
Name = SMS No Password
Signix Service Name = SMSNoPassword

Using the Authentication Mode
When setting up an esign recipients, during the eSign Recipient step within the eSign workflow, the option of recipient, select SMS No Password
should be visible in from the Signer Auth Mode sectiondropdown menu.
Submit eSign package as normal. During At the end of the signing process, users with “SMS No Password” SIGNiX will no longer be required require those signers to enter their password when completing the signing processa password. Instead, they will see a Finish screen.
