The PreciseFP and Docupace integration allows the advisors to store standard documents according to the selected customer automatically in Docupace and retrieve them from Docupace.

Storing the data of new clients/prospects in Docupace

Log in to PreciseFP.

Click on the Accounts icon on the left side of the screen.

Select Clients or Prospects.

Select a client or prospects from the Accounts list.

Click the Profile icon on the top navigation bar of the Account Details.

Rw step

The system opens the Profile section showing all details related to the chosen account including any files added previously per section related to them within the profile. Click the Export icon.

The system presents options on where to export Account/Files to. Select Docupace (Client Folder) to store the data to the Client Folder/Subfolder or Docupace (Quick Start) to use the Quick Start wizard.

The system presents the option to choose an existing record to import or to create a new record in Docupace. Select Create a new Record in Docupace and click Export. The system creates a new record in Docupace and exports selected Account including any related files.

Follow the steps 1 to 5 described in the previous section.

To attach a new document to the Documents section:

  1. Select the category (1).

  2. Click inside the Documents area (2):

    1. The system opens a file browser window 

    2. Select the file to add.

  3. Click +Add More to attach more files.

  4. Click the red X icon on the right side of the document (4) to delete the attachment.

To add a new documents section:

  1. Select the category (1).

  2. Click +Add More (2) to add a new section.

  3. Click the V icon (3) to expand the section and fill out the fields in this section.

  4. Click the red X icon on the right side of the section name (4) to delete the whole section.
