Audience: Docupace and PreciseFP Administrators, Financial Professionals, and Advisors.
Overview
Financial services firms use the Docupace Platform (a cloud-based, integrated software suite) to reduce Back-Office expenses, improve efficiency, strengthen recruiting, and enhance the experience of advisors and investors. Docupace and PreciseFP integration supports householding between both platforms.
Integration Steps

Log in to PreciseFP.
Click on the settings icon on the bottom left side of the screen.
Select the Integrations item.
Select the Docupace tile.
In the Integration Details window, copy the API credentials.
Open the Docupace site, expand the User Settings on the top right side of the screen, and click the Settings button.
In the User Profile section’s PreciseFP fieldpaste the API credentials, and click the Save button.
Go back to the PreciseFP. Enter the Docupace site address and Rep code. Note: If you don’t know your Rep code, please contact Docupace support. Click the Enable button.
Verify if the integration is successful - Docupace tile displays the enabled checkbox. Note: If your Docupace account is part of a custom enterprise account the integration might not be available. Please contact Docupace support and request the activation of the integration for your enterprise account. |

Map a new field
You can add a new unmapped field, e.g., SSN number.
Note: Only Administrators can map new fields.

Remove mapping
