Benefit: Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is the most suited Salesforce Cloud product for the Financial Services industry, as it supports the new Household Data Model. Clients, using both FSC and Docupace, can synchronize data between the two systems. |
Use the new Salesforce Integration installation package, version 1.12, to set up your integration with FSC.
Other changes included with this version:
SSN/TIN no longer becomes a required field on your Salesforce instance once the integration package is installed.
A new Docupace application preference - salesforce.excludeObjects, that reduces data traffic, when synchronizing Salesforce objects with Docupace. List those Salesforce objects, that should not be queried, in this application preference.
Additional configuration for the Contact object in Salesforce is not required. All configuration steps for the Account object are explained in the Salesforce Integration Guide.
