Open the Sync from Form dialogue. You can do this by:

  • clicking the Sync from Form button at the top of the Client Documents section

  • by hovering over a specific document and clicking the Sync from Form icon.

Make sure the Show same forms only checkbox is selected. This will show you the available forms with the same form name(s) previously used for the specific client.


You can view all forms by deselecting the checkbox.

Click on a form


The data in the form you selected will be auto-populated into fields of the same type in each form of your current work item. This will overwrite any information that you entered into the forms before syncing.

Fill out any fields that remain empty and check for validation errors.

Use the buttons at the top of the page to send the work item to the next step in the workflow.
