This guide explains how to add your DocuSign credentials to Docupace. Once you complete this task, signees will see your name in the subject line when DocuSign sends notification emails.

Log into the DocuSign Account Portal. 
Click Settings Tab.
Scroll down until you find INTEGRATIONS > Apps and Keys listed in the left-side navigation menu.
In the My Account Information section, you take note of the following information.:
Log into Docupace in a new tab. In the upper left corner of the page, click your username, and then click Settings.
On the Setting Settings page in Docupace, click Docusign DocuSign.
In the Details section, enter copy and paste the Docusign DocuSign User ID from Step 4 into the corresponding field in Docupace. 
In the Details section, enter copy and paste the Docusign DocuSign API Account ID from Step 4 into the corresponding field in Docupace. 
In DocuSign, click the circle icon with your initials in the top right corner and click Manage Profile. 
Click Privacy & Security, and locate the Additional Security section. Click GENERATE APP PASSWORD. 
Add Custom Name for the new password and click the GENERATE APP PASSWORD button.
Copy the password that DocuSign generates and click GOT IT. 
Return to Docupace, paste the App Password into the DocuSign Password field. 
Click Save and Close on the DocuSign page. You should now be able to use DocuSign as normal.  |
