To approve a batch for shredding:

Open Retention > Shredding Batches(this opens domain 262).

Locate the batch you wish to review and click to open it.

Tip

Tip: You can sort by Creation Date to locate the latest batches.

Click on the the batch name to open the shredding batch details.

Change the status to Approved and click Save and Close.

Note

Important: After saving, you cannot change the status back to In Review.
