Open Retention > Shredding Batches(this opens domain 262).  Locate the batch you wish to review and click to open it. Tip |

Tip: You can sort by Creation Date to locate the latest batches. |
 Click on the the batch name to open the shredding batch details.  Change the status to In Review and click Save and Close. Other documents cannot be added to the batch, once the status is changed. Note |

Important: After saving, you cannot change the status back to New . |
 Scroll down to review the list of documents in the batch.  If some of the documents should not be shredded yet, remove them form the batch. If documents can be shredded proceed to approve the batch for shredding. |
