A stopping point within a workflow that requires a user to take some kind of action, in order for the Work Item to proceed further through the workflow. For example, fill out an additional form, eSign a document, or stamp it as approved. Work Items step through the workflow from one Queue to the next, where they may be collected into pools and then processed by the assigned user of the Docupace system.
