Log in to Redtail (enter by entering your Username and Password and click clicking Sign In).

Click on your user name on Username (1) at the top right side of the screen. Then click on the Manage Your Integrations link  (2) link in the dropdown menu.

Locate the Docupace tile  (1) tile in the new popup window. Click ON (2), then click on the gear icon and select Settings Settings(3).

Enter your Docupace URL (1) which you can simply copy/paste from the login screen. Copy the token (2) and paste it into the Docupace screen requesting a token. Click Save (3).

Notes:

  • Do not copy the “_UI”. End the URL after the site name.

  • Click Regenerate Token, if the integration does not work correctly.

The Docupace Dashboard window will open.
