Select a contact in Redtail. Click on the Integration (1) icon. Then select Docupace (2). 
Select Send To Client Folder to send this contact to Docupace.You will be asked to log into Docupace. 
The client data entered into Redtail will create a client in Docupace. This creates a client folder , generating a Client Folder with a general Subfoldersubfolder. You will then be redirected to the Starting Point Dashboard within the selected client’s Folder /or Subfolder page. 
If you prefer would like to open a new account in Docupace, you can choose the select the Send to Quick Start option option from a a Client Contact in in Redtail. Depending Depending on your site settings, this will either send direct the client to the Quick Start app or to the Starting Point.  The Quick Start window will open.  |
