Log in to Redtail by entering your Username and Password and clicking Sign In.

Click on your Username (1) at the top right of the screen. Then click on the Manage Your Integrations (2) link in the dropdown menu.

Locate the Docupace (1) tile in the new popup window. Click ON (2), then click on the gear icon and select Settings(3).

Enter your Docupace URL (1), which you can simply copy/paste from the login screenyour browser bar. Copy the token (2) and paste it into the Docupace screen requesting a token. Click Save (3).

Notes:

  • Do not copy the “_UI”UI. End the URL after the site name.

  • Click Regenerate Token, if the integration does not work correctly.

The Docupace Dashboard window will open.
