Select a contact in Redtail. Click on the Integration (1) icon. Then select Docupace (2).  Image ModifiedClick Send To Client Folder to send this contact to Docupace.  Image ModifiedThe client data entered into Redtail will create a client in Docupace, generating a Client Folder with a subfolder. You will then be redirected to the Starting Point Dashboard within the selected client’s Folder or Subfolder page.  Image ModifiedNote: When you update your Client Contact in Redtail, you can resend the client record to update the details in Docupace. If you want to open a new account in Docupace, select the Send to Quick Start option from a Client Contact in Redtail. Depending on your site settings, this will direct you to Starting Point.
