Via New>Upload File

Via Add > Upload

Click New on the top-right corner of the screen and select Upload File from the dropdown options.

On the Work Item page:

  1. Click Add.

  2. Select New Client Documents.

  3. Click the Upload button.

Via Actions > Attach

Via the Work Item Client Documents Button

You can click Actions, then select Attach while on the Work Item page.

You can click the Work Item Client Document’s button to quickly upload documents and perform manual indexing.

The Direct File Uploader window opens. Click the Add Files button.

The pop-up window shows the files present in your drive. Select the files you wish to upload.

The selected files are populated in the Name field of the Direct File Uploader window.

A. Click the Start Upload button to upload the files.

B. To cancel the uploading at any time during the process, click the Cancel Upload button.

C. You can remove all the files you added to the uploader by clicking Remove All.

D. You can remove a single file from the processing queue by clicking the Trash Can icon next to the corresponding file name.

1. Select the appropriate Client Document Type from the list.

Note: You can narrow down the available options by typing in the search bar.

2. Confirm the description is correct.

Note: By default, the system enters the file name in this field.

Once the upload process is completed successfully and files are added into Docupace, the system displays checkmarks next to the Status boxes.

Tip

Tip: If the documents contain barcodes, Docupace recognizes and routes them to the workflow they belong to and places them into the appropriate work items. Otherwise, the documents without barcodes are categorized as “unindexed” documents and you can access them from Dashboard > Mailroom.
