You can launch Docupace Starting Point from SmartOffice to create Work Items. Starting Point is the Forms Filling solution offered by Docupace. For more information, view Starting Point User Guide.
Launching Docupace Starting Point
Docupace Starting Point displays current Work Items (WI). These Work Items contain the HIPAA, Insurance, and MHS bundles. The following guidance provides information on how to launch Docupace Starting Point for creating Work Items (WI).

To launch Docupace Starting Point from SmartOffice: Log in to SmartOffice and go to your Contact / Business. |

Tip: If the Docupace Starting Point quick-access button is absent on the top navigation toolbar, you can find it in Menu > Integrations and then drag and drop it up onto the toolbar |

In the Docupace Setup window appears, perform the following actions: Enter Docupace user ID and Docupace Uniform Resource Locator (URL), which is used to access your documents in the Docupace URL field. (Optional) Select the Skip this screen and use the above Docupace URL by default option to skip this window in the future. Click Continue to open the Docupace Starting Point that corresponds with the specified SmartOffice contact. Once you are logged in, you can continue the workflow from the Docupace system.

Tips: Skipping the Docupace Setup window is recommended after the first successful login attempt. If you need to get a Docupace ID and URL, contact your Broker-Dealer. You can also contact SmartOffice Technical Support.
