You can launch Docupace Starting Point from SmartOffice to create Work Items. Starting Point is the Forms Filling solution offered by Docupace allows you to quickly gather the forms you need for a transaction. For more information, view Starting Point User Guide.

To launch Docupace Starting Point from SmartOffice: Log in to SmartOffice and go to your Contact / Business. |
To launch Docupace Starting Point, on the top navigation toolbar, click Docupace Starting Point (quick-access button). Tip |

Tip: If the Docupace Starting Point quick-access button is absent on missing from the top navigation toolbar, you can find it in under Menu > Integrations and then drag and drop it up onto the toolbar. |

In the Docupace Setup window appears, perform the following actions: Enter Docupace user ID and Docupace Uniform Resource Locator (URL), which is used to access your documents in into the Docupace URL field. (Optional) Select the Skip this screen and use the above Docupace URL by default option checkbox to skip bypass this window in the future. Click Continue to open the launch Docupace Starting Point that corresponds with . The Client for the transaction is the specified SmartOffice contactContact. Once you are logged in, you can continue the workflow from the Docupace system.

Tip: With help of the questionnaire, you will get the completed forms for the Account, which you want to open for your ClientBased on your selections, the system will compile the forms that you need to complete the transaction. |
