In Docupace, click on the user’s name on the top right side of the screen.

The username in the top right-hand corner is highlighted in red.

Click Settings in the popup menu.

The settings button is highlighted in red.

Select Redtail Credentials on the left-hand side.

The CRM credentials field is highlighted in red.

Enter your Redtail User Id on this screen. You do not need to enter your password.

The Redtail user id is highlighted in red, and a callout identified the password field as not required.

Paste the token that you copied from Redtail into the Redtail Token Field.

The Redtail token field is highlighted in red.

Click Save and Close to exit. Integration is now complete.
