Select a contact in Redtail. Click on the Integration (1) icon. Then select Docupace (2).

Click Send To Client Folder to send this contact to Docupace.

You will be asked to log into Docupace.

The client data entered into Redtail will create a client in Docupace

, generating a Client Folder with a

general Subfolder

subfolder. You will then be redirected to the Starting Point Dashboard within the selected client’s Folder

Note: When you update your Client Contact in Redtail, you can resend the client record to update the details in Docupace.
