In Docupace, click on your username on the top right side of the screen (1). Then click Settings (2).

In the Profile window, click Redtail Credentials on the left-hand side.

Authenticate:

Enter your Redtail User ID (optional,1). Paste the Redtail Token (2) you copied earlier in the Details window. Click Save and Close (3) to exit.
