The Merger Tool tab provides access to the merging functionality. It offers essential merging functionalities, which can be used utilized in the following casesscenarios:
If When two Accounts are found in the system , they are essentially the same (duplicated), only with are identified as duplicates, differing only by one or more different parameters.

There can be duplicates in the system. Duplicates can be different. For example, two people might have the same account name and type but still be valid entries because they have different details. Common cases include a father and son or different people with the same name, like conveniently displays all identified duplicate sets on the left side of the screen. It’s important to note that some of these apparent duplicates may simply be individuals with the same or similar names. For example, take John Smith
(1955-2003) and John Smith
(1958-2020). The Duplicate Merger is a tool that manages these duplicates. You may want to see how many duplicate counts are in the system. The Merger will display all the duplicate accounts on the left-hand side.

Merge feature allows you to compare these potential duplicates and make informed decisions about which ones to merge.

Select your search parameters:
Click SEARCH (1) to begin a search for all potential duplicate accounts. [Optional] If you wish to select an account, click on the corresponding row (2), and then click DETAIL (3). The system will display the details of the selected account, enabling you to compare the results and decide whether to merge them.
To merge two accounts, begin by selecting the check box (1) next to the account you wish to keep. This account will act as the base account in the system. After making your selection, click MERGE (2). Once the merge process is complete, any data not included in the base account will be transferred from the other account. [Optional] If you wish to merge multiple accounts at once, click BATCH MERGE (3). Follow the same steps: select a base account, move to the next record, and repeat the selection for each base account accordingly. |

This tool operates similarly to the Account Merger by , detecting duplicates based on the carrier information.
