You can create reports to see information about multiple clients all at the same time.
Available Reports for Tracker BI
Reports compile data from multiple records into a single table to make it easy to view and process the information. Tracker BI has five reports associated with it, all of which are displayed in the image on the right. Field Reps can only access data related to their rep code, however, Admins can access all available data. You access reports by navigating to Administration>Reports and selecting Tracker BI.

View All Options per Parameter
To view all results of a particular parameter, select the asterisk at the top of the list.

You can select multiple options of a single parameter by holding down the Ctrl button in windows or the Command key on a Mac.

You can export the results of your search in Excel or CSV format by clicking the links at the bottom of the screen.
