In Docupace, click on the user’s name on the top right side of the screen.

The username in the top right-hand corner is highlighted in red.

Click Settings in the popup menu.

The settings button is highlighted in red.

Select Redtail Credentials on the left-hand side.

The CRM credentials field is highlighted in red.

  • Authentication with Redtail User ID and token

  • Authentication with Redtail token only
