Viewing Available Document Versions
This section explains how to work with document versions.

Click on the Dashboard link to view the current work items Work Items assigned to you.
Click on the work item Work Item you want to view. A list of documents for that work item Work Item will displayappear.
Hover your mouse over the document that you want to view and click on the pencil icon.
Scroll down in the Details window and click the Image History dropdown menu to view the list of other versions.
Select a document from the dropdown list. The version will display to the right. NOTE Note:

Marking Document Versions as Approved
As a reviewer, you can use the “stamping” tool to mark a document version’s status. For example, you can mark a version as “Approved” prior to before moving it to the next stage in the workflow.

Click on the Dashboard link to view the current work items Work Items assigned to you.
Click on the work item Work Item you want to view. A list of documents for that work item Work Item will displayappear.
Hover your mouse over the document that you want to view and click on the pencil icon. A Detail window will open on the left side of your screen.
Click Select the box checkbox next to the item document and click the Stamp button (located above the list of documents). A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm your choice.
Click Complete to mark the document as Approved/Reviewed. This will create a new version of the document after the eSigned document that you may want to submit to Clearinghouse. Image RemovedImage Added |
Forwarding
Anan eSigned Version to Clearinghouse
Once you have reviewed your document and are satisfied with it, you can forward the eSigned copy to Clearinghouse.

Click on the work item Work Item you want to view.
A list of documents for that work item Work Item will displayappear. Hover your mouse over the document that you want to view and click on the pencil icon.
Scroll down in the Details window and click the Image History dropdown menu.
Select the eSigned version of the document and scroll through to confirm that the client(s) and/or Rep’s signatures are on the form.
Scroll to select the Send to Clearinghouse dropdown and verify that it is set to “Yes”. ”
Click Approved (or other a similar Action button configured for your firm has selected) to indicate the final approval step of Approval. |

Functionality: Docupace allows you to easily view the list of available versions for a document, and specify which document version is approved. Once you select an approved version, you can send the final eSigned version to Clearinghouse. |
