Filters are optional. Leave empty if no filters must be applied. |
You can filter by the results. Define the filter if you want to run a filter automatically.
Select the Filters tab.
Choose the fields (EVENTDATE in the example) from the list on the left side (click the Arrow icon) for the selected report.
Select the condition from the dropdown.
Enter the value.
The set of fields is unique to each report.
Configuring the filter
You can use several filters at once. To add another filter:
Choose the fields (Request Type in the example) from the list on the left side (click the Arrow icon) for the selected report.
Select the condition from the dropdown.
Enter the value.
Select the condition AND (to filter results when both conditions are executed) or OR (to filter results when at least one condition is executed).
Configuring the second filter
Ro add new fields and formulas, use +Add and +Formula buttons respectively. The final command is displayed in the SUMMARY field.
When adding a new formula, the application opens the Formula Editor window.
Select the fields and functions from the dropdown lists, enter them directly in the SUMMARY field, or click +Add to add a new ones. Then click Okay.
The final formula is displayed in the SUMMARY field.

Batch:
You can send a set of reports to recipients.
Select reports and configure parameters:
Check the Run as Batch Report box.
Batch Summary Email section: Choose recipients for the email describing the results of the completed batch operation.
Batch Email Field: Choose the field that contains the email addresses to use when sending out completed reports. (Only fields that relate to the scheduled report are shown.)

Check Email Results box to create emails with attachment(s) of the report(s).
Fill out the email header fields (To, Cc, Bcc, Reply To, and Subject).
Enter a description about the report(s).

Click Finish when all sections are completed.

Confirmation message will be displayed if schedule is completed correctly.

Recipient receives the email with attachment(s) of the report(s).
Enter the password to open the report(s).

Administering Reports
Click Manage Scheduled Reports to administer the schedules. The applications shows all schedules created by the current user.

List of existing schedules shows the:
Schedule name
Schedule type
Report name
Last execute date
Next execute date
Status (e.g., Ready - Job is ready for execution; Completed - Job is successfully finished; Abandoned - Job was abandoned on last execution and will not execute again)
Run count (how many times report had run)
To edit existing schedule, click the pencil icon on the selected schedule. Make the necessary changes.
To delete existing schedule, click the appropriate x icon.
To remove all schedules created by the current user, and that have been complete and deleted click the Flush icon.
