Introduction
Auditor Access allows users with the appropriate rights to see items deemed necessary for auditing purposes.
Managing Auditor Access
Providing users with Auditor Access is a complex process that consists of the following levels:

Creating Auditor Access
You can request the Auditor Access rights at Docupace Support.
Creating Audit Review
To create an Audit Review:

To open the Audit Reviews domain, search for the Audit Reviews domain (a) (via Domain Id or Name) and then open Audit Reviews (b). | Image Added Opening Audit Reviews |
To create a new Audit Review request, click New Audit Reviews. | Image Added Creating New Audit Reviews |
In Details, provide information for: Name. Enter a name for the new Audit Review request. (Optional) Start Date. Set a starting date for the request processing. Auto Assign to User. Enter a user group to assign the Audit Review to. Is Active. From the list, select Yes to enable the Audit Review.

To add a User: a. In the User section, click Quick Select. b. From the User list, select the preferred user. c. In the upper-right corner, click Save. The new Audit Review request is displayed in the Audit Reviews domain. | Image Added Adding a User |

Enabling Auditing Documents
To enable auditing documents:

To enable an Auditor Access, go to Retrieve (1) > Client (2). This will retrieve a Client Subfolder or Individual Client Document. | Image Added Enabling Auditor Access |
In Client Subfolder or Client Documents (1), select the preferred record, and then click Details (2). The Client Subfolder tab opens. | Image Added Opening Details for Client Subfolder or Client Documents |
To add the Audit Review record, perform the following actions: a. In the Details section, go to Audit Review. b. From Audit Review, select the preferred record. c. In the upper-right corner, click Save and Close. Tip |

Tip: If you need to enable auditing other documents, repeat the flow for all the preferred Client Subfolders and Client Documents. |

Enabling Auditor Access
To enable Auditor Access:

Log in to Docupace using the Auditor user role. |

Disabling Audit (Upon Completion)
Once the Audit Review process is complete, disable the Audit Review and remove a user. To do so, perform the following actions:

In Details, perform the following actions: a. From Is Active, select No to disable the Audit Review. b. In User, select a checkbox for the preferred user to remove the record. c. Changing the Auditor Password
Change the Auditor password after the auditing process is complete.
