To enable an Auditor Access, go to Retrieve (1) > Client (2). This will retrieve a Client Subfolder or Individual Client Document.

a. In the Details section, go to Audit Review.

b. From Audit Review, select the preferred record.

    Once the Audit Review process is complete, disable the Audit Review and remove a user. To do so, perform the following actions:

    Domain > Audit Reviews.
  • Go to the User tab.

  • Select a checkbox next to a User.

  • Change Is Active to “No.”

  • To remove a User, click Remove.

    To open the Audit Reviews domain, search for the Audit Reviews domain (a) (via Domain Id or Name) and then open the Audit Reviews domain (b).

    b. In User, select a checkbox for the preferred user to remove the record.

    c. On the User pane, click Remove.

    Changing the Auditor Password

    Change the Auditor password after the auditing process is complete.
