Existing integration between PreciseFP and Docupace.
The client is a pre-existing Docupace client.
Overview
The PreciseFP and Docupace integration allows advisors to automatically store and retrieve standard documents in Docupace.
Storing the Documents of Clients/Prospects in Docupace

Log into PreciseFP.
Click on the Accounts icon on the left side of the screen.
Select Clients or Prospects.
Select a client or prospects from the Client accounts list.
In the Account details window, click the Profile icon.
The system opens the Account profile section showing all details related to the chosen account including all previously added files. Click the Export icon.
The system opens the Export account window. Select DOCUPACE (CLIENT FOLDER) to store the data in the Client Subfolder.
Two options are available:
Option 1: Select Create a new Record in Docupace and click Export. The system creates a new record in Docupace and exports the selected account.
Option 2: The system links the account to the existing record in Docupace.
