You need to spot-check all new batches to make sure the documents are added to batches correctly.
To review documents in a shredding batchShredding Batch:

 Click on the the batch name to open the shredding batch details Shredding Batch Details.  Change the status to In Review and click Save and Close. Once the status is changed, other documents cannot be added to the batch. Note |

Click Contents to view all the documents in that shredding batch.Scroll down to review the list of documents in the batch.  ??? How to print?If some of the documents should not be shredded yet, remove them form the batch. If the documents can be shredded proceed to approve the batch for shredding. |
