Creating/Adding Form Favorites from Starting Point & Retrieve
Step 1: While you are in Starting Point, and on the Review Summary screen click Add forms.
Step 2: Navigate to Retrieve > Forms
Step 3: Both paths above will open up the Forms domain. You can now search for the forms you would like to add to your bundle. You may search by:
- Form Type
- Form Author
- Form Name
Step 4: Once you locate the form(s) you would like to save as a favorite, click the checkbox next to the form(s) and click the Add to Favorites button at the top of the screen.
Step 5: Click inside the Label field and either:
choose an existing label from the dropdown list
Type in your new label and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
Click Add to associate the forms selected with the Label.
Click Close to close the confirmation screen.
Editing the Label Name
Step 1: Navigate to the Forms domain. You can access it via Starting Point or Retrieve. Click the Label tab to open it.
Step 2: Hover over the label you would like to edit and click the pencil icon to edit the Details screen.
Step 3: Make updates to the Name field. Click Save and Close.
Step 4: View your results.
Removing a Form from Favorites
There are currently two ways to remove forms from your Favorites. Option 1 is within the Forms Repository. Option 2 is within the Favorite Forms domain.
Option 1: Forms Repository
Step 1: Access the Forms domain via Starting Point or Retrieve. Search for the form you would like to remove from your favorites.
Step 2: Click on the Details (pencil) icon to access the form details.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Favorite Forms section. Select the label(s) you would like to disconnect a form from. (Form may be in multiple saved favorites).
Step 4: Click Save and Close.
Step 5: Verify the form is no longer part of your label by searching for the label you just removed the form from.
Option 2: Favorite Forms Domain
Step 1: Access the Favorite Forms domain by navigating to Administration > List Domains > Favorite Forms.
Step 2: Search by Form or Label to locate the form you would like to remove from the favorite label. Click on the row or on the pencil icon to edit.
Step 3: If the form is attached to more than one label, click on the row to edit.

If the form only belongs to one label. You need to remove the form from the main Favorite Form domain page. Hover over the form and click on the trash can icon to delete the form.
Step 4: Click the checkbox next to the label(s) you would like to remove from the form. Click Remove to disconnect the form from the label.
Step 5: Click Save and Close.
Deleting a Label
To delete a label, you must first remove all of the forms from the label following the method in the previous section. You can delete the label by clicking on the trash can icon that appears when you hover over the label line item.
Accessing the Favorites in the Future
To access the forms that you have saved as favorites OR forms that others have shared, click on the Search Filter Dropdown at the top left-hand side and change to All Favorite Forms or My Favorite Forms to access the saved favorites. You can also search by the Label to drill down further.

- Your saved forms favorites and shared saved forms favorites
- My Favorite Forms:
- Only your saved forms favorites
