You need to review a Shredding Batch in two cases:

batches to make sure the documents

are added to batches correctly.

To review documents in a shredding batchShredding Batch:

Open Retention > Shredding Batches(this .This opens domain 262).

Locate the batch you wish to review and click to open it.

Tip

Tip: You can sort by Creation Date to locate the latest batches.

Click on the the batch name to open the shredding batch details Shredding Batch Details.

Change the status to In Review and click Save and Close. Once the status is changed, other documents cannot be added to the batch.

Note

Important: After saving, you cannot change the status back to New.

Scroll down to review the list of documents in the batch.

If some of the documents should not be shredded yet, remove them form the batch.

Proceed If the documents can be shredded proceed to approve the batch for shredding.
