Note: You can search for the an existing shredding batches batch in the Shredding Batches domain. If you click 'Submit' (fromCore) or Search (Connect) to load results, all existing shredding batches will be returned.

In Provide the following Details (1), provide the following information for a new shredding batch:

  • Description. Enter - a name of the shredding batch Shredding Batch you are creating., for example, the creation date

  • Notes. Enter - notes that pertain to the shredding batch.Editable. Set

  • Status - set the value to Yes to add new document records to the batch. When set to No, the content of the batch cannot be altered.

  • Approved for Shredding. Set the value to Yes to shred the batch.

  • User. Enter a user name for a new shredding batch.New for a new batch

  • User - the compliance team user, who must review and approve the new shredding batch

Click Save (2) in the upper-right corner to save changes.
