Client Activity (ePacs) Tab
The work items that the a user has access to are present under different tabs within the My Tasks section.
Within Client Activity, you can see the current process status of your work items.

Example: the following image shows a work item with Pending Advisor Review status. In this example, by clicking on the Pending Advisor Review queue, you can see the Pending Advisor Review work items. |
Click on any other status in the queue to see the respective work item(s). There are many different queues that are configurable by your Broker-Dealer. (see queues guide for more information)
Some Common Queues
Note: Please note the queue names may differ on your site.
Queue | Description |

Pending Advisor Review | Work Items that have been created but not processed |
Advisor Pend | Work Items sent to pend |
Pending Original Client Signature | Work Items awaiting scanned wet-signature paperwork |
Client Signature Pending eSign | Work Items that have been sent out for electronic signature |
Advisor Field NIGO | Work Items sent back by the Back Office |
Mailroom Tab
The Mailroom displays any open items assigned to you that you must resolve or update; thereby acting as a virtual inbox. For example, indexing a document that you have uploaded into the system but haven’t assigned to a client yet.
