Configure You must configure the default pre-population rules so that data from the client folder is pre-populated to Owner fields rules so that data from supported CRMs, PreciseFP, and the Client Folder will fill out Owner fields on a form regardless of the client type of client. This will allow business rules for the pre-population of forms on work item creation to align with the type of client.

Compromise – The Blue Arrow drop-down select will allow an easy two-click population of the client folder data once in the form. dropdown allows you to manually select which client data you need to appear on the form.
To make sure the Client Types are configured correctly:
