Introduction: This guide describes how to manage unindexed documents.

Audience: Any user who has the ability to upload documents into the system.

Functionality: Unindexed Documents are documents that have been uploaded without barcodes or that have been uploaded in bulk.

Navigate to Home > Manage Unindexed Documents.

Click anywhere on the line to open the document.

Select a Document Type from the dropdown.

Tip

Tip: If a screen is too small or too zoomed in, you will see a > icon instead. Click that icon to open up the dropdown menu.

Fill in the document details.

Note: The fields that display on the screen will change based on the type of document you choose to upload.

Continue filling out each section.

Tip

Tip: You can use the navigation menu on the left hand side or scroll down to access the next section.

Click Add New to associate the document with a folder or subfolder in the system.

Search for and select your folder/subfolder.

Click Save and Close to complete the indexing and return to the previous screen.
