Introduction: This guide describes how to merge Client Subfolders.

Audience: Users who manage client folders and subfolders

Functionality: Client subfolders store documents related to a specific client.

Click Add/Manage Client Folders on the Home page.

Locate and click into the Client Folder to display all of the client's subfolders.

Select Click the checkbox next to each subfolder checkboxes to select the subfolders you want to merge.

Click on Merge to start the process.

Rw step

A new dialog box will display. Select Click the checkbox next to the subfolder you want move to select the Destination Folder. After the merge, the system will store all of the documents to after the merge. This folder is called the Destination Folderin this subfolder.

Note: You may only choose one.

Rw step

Determine if you want to Delete the Source Client Subfolder.

Uncheck the box if you would like the subfolder to still exist, but have no documents in it.

Click Merge to combine the subfolders.

Those documents are now located in the new folder.
