Once the file download is complete, check the download process:
Ensure that all files are downloaded and saved into your local computer/drive.
Open the files to review/validate the downloaded files.
Spot-check at least five-seven folders, subfolders, and documents.
Note: Please note that the downloaded data remains on File Transfer Protocol SSL (FTPS) for 30 days. If you need more time for data to remain on FTPS, reach out to Docupace Support.
