Overview
Financial services firms use the Docupace Platform (a cloud-based, integrated software suite) to reduce Back-Office expenses, improve efficiency, strengthen recruiting, and enhance PreciseFP is the leading data gathering solution that also comes equipped with a suite of tools, including the following features. The Precise FP integration allows users to streamline their data-gathering processes and become more efficient at engaging clients. The Docupace Platform improves efficiency and enhances the experience of advisors and investors. Docupace and PreciseFP integration supports householding between both platforms. The integration of both systems provides an opportunity to use the advantages of each system at the same time.

Log in to PreciseFP.
Click on the settings icon on the bottom left side of the screen.
Select the Integrations item.
Select the Docupace tile.
In the Integration Details window, copy the API credentials.
Open the Docupace site, expand the User Settings on the top right side of the screen, and click the Settings button.
In the User Profile section’s PreciseFP fieldpaste the API credentials, and click the Save button.
Go back to the PreciseFP. Enter the Docupace site address and the Primary Rep code. Note: The Primary REP code MUST already exist in the Docupace site. If you don’t know your Rep code, please contact Docupace support. Click the Enable button.
Verify if the integration is successful - Docupace tile displays the enabled checkbox. Note: If your Docupace account is part of a custom enterprise account the integration might not be available. Please contact Docupace support and request the activation of the integration for your enterprise account.

Field Mappings
PreciseFP/Docupace default field mappings
The following fields are mapped by default.
Map a new field
You can add a new unmapped field, e.g., SSN number.
Note: Only Administrators can map new fields.

Go to Settings > Integrations > Docupace.
In the Integration details window, click Integration mapper’s Open button.
In the Client/Co-client window, click the + button.
In the New Field window, select the field from the list, and click the Save changes button.

Remove mapping
You can remove a field from a mapping.

In the Client/Co-client window, select the field you want to remove from the mapping.
In the Map field details window, click the Remove field button.
In the Remove field window, enter the password, and click the Proceed button.
