Step 1: Access the Widget Tile

Navigate to Administration menu > Single Pane of Glass tile > Widgets tile.
A view showing all current widgets is opened:

Step 2: Finding Specific Widgets

In the left pane of the Widgets view, use Search Fields to look for a specific widget. The matching results are listed in the Widgets Table Columns in the right pane of the view.

Step 3: Opening the Widget

Click on the widget in the table or click on the Details icon to open the widget.

The Widget details screen is opened. It has three panels:

Description

Details

General widget properties, such as Name, Description, Status, etc.

Preferred Size

This attribute currently is not used.

Widget Configuration

Panel that shows a fully functional preview of the widget, if available. Click on the Widget configuration cogwheel icon to open the Docupace Start window.

Step 4: Opening the Widget Configuration Panel

Click on the Widget configuration cogwheel icon in the Widget Configuration panel.

The Widget Configuration screen is opened. It has three panels:

Pages Tree

The list of pages included in this wizard.

Settings

The settings of the object selected in the Visualization pane.

Visualization

Visual preview of the page that is selected in the Pages Tree pane.

Part 5: Widget Configuration Tabs

The Widget Configuration screen has six configuration tabs in the upper toolbar of the screen.

The six configurations include:

Description

Pages

Used to edit the content of the pages included in this wizard.

Wizard

Used to edit the properties of the entire wizard, the order of pages in the wizard and properties of each page.

JSON

Used to edit the JSON code for the entire wizard directly, without visualization.

Files

Shows in one place all JavaScript and Stylesheet information contained in this wizard. It includes all onEnter JS actions from all pages, wizard onLoad actions, CSS/LESS and Global CSS/LESS data.

CSS/LESS

Used to edit the stylesheets for this particular wizard and its elements.

Global CSS/LESS

Used to edit the styles that affect elements outside the wizard, that are global to the entire Docupace site.
