Step 1: Navigating to the Widgets Tile

Navigate to Administration menu > Single Pane of Glass tile > Widgets tile.

Step 2: Opening the Widgets Details Screen

Click the New Widgets button. This opens a blank Widget Details screen.

Step 3: Accessing the Dynamic Wizard Widget

Select the Dynamic Wizard Widget tile at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Filling Out the Details Panel

There are six fields to fill out.

Fill out the fields in the Details panel:

Field

Description

Name 

Users will not see this name; it is for internal reference only. Name it in a way that can be recognized by your co-workers for its function.

Version

Identifies how many versions of this widget have been created.

Description

A more in-detail description of the widget, used for internal reference.

Status

This field defines whether the widget is finalized for use in client environments.
The status does not affect functionality of the widget, but may be used to filter and recognize incomplete widgets.
Options: Approved, Not Approved

Widget Title

This is the name that is displayed to the user. Call the widget based on the function that it will fulfill to the end-user on the client-side. For example, New Client Account Opening.

Widget Type

This attribute currently is not used.

Step 5: Saving the Docupace Start Widget

Click Save in the top toolbar of the screen. The new widget will be added to the list of available widgets.

Step 6: Accessing Configuration Widget Settings

Click on the Widget configuration cogwheel icon in the Widget Configuration panel.

Step 7: Building and Configuring Your Wizard

You can now proceed to building and configuring your wizard, as described in the respective sections of this guide.
