Auth0

🐞 Resolved an issue with system timeout for sites using Docupace's IDP (Auth0). The pop-up window Session Expired with the Login button is displayed now instead of the error message.

Barcodes

🐞 Fixed an issue that caused the Work Item screen to get stuck after reviewing and closing the barcode coversheet screen. The resolution has been adjusted so this no longer occurs.

eSign (SIGNiX & DocuSign)

📌 Added the ability to resend eSign notification emails to signers (both SIGNiX and DocuSign). For DocuSign this update includes the ability to resend the notification automatically when the signer’s email address is modified.

Form Favorites

🐞 Resolved an issue in Preprod and Production with Form Favorites search by Label. The system would get stuck in an infinite load loop. Users can now successfully search by Label.

🐞 Resolved an issue that prevented users with the processor role from seeing when an Admin user added a form to Favorite for All. Processors can now locate these forms correctly.

Forms

🐞 Resolved a layout issue with the Form Category field in the Forms Domain. It is now displayed in the same size as other fields.

Passwords

🐞 Resolved an issue causing users to get an error when changing their password. This error occurred after taking temporary steps to grant them access to the Docupace Uploader.

QuickStart

🐞 Resolved an issue with CRM data for the Context Contact and Owner Information fields not populating from Redtail to Docupace QuickStart.

Starting Point

🐞 Resolved a layout issue in Starting Point. Now, when running a New Account Opening for multiple clients, the table with a list of clients is fully visible.

🐞 Corrected an issue where the system would not update changes to the list of clients that were connected to a subfolder.

URL

🐞 Resolved a security vulnerability issue. Now, if a tokenized URL is copied between different browsers, the user must log in on the other browser with their full credentials.

Attributes

🐞 Resolved a data-type issue with the Bank Routing Number field. The Bank Routing Number field now displays the number as a string to accommodate for leading zeros.

Forms Matrix

🌟 Added a new validation that checks that all required forms are in the Work Item as defined by the Forms Matrix. It is called Check for missed Required Forms by Matrix.

• This validation prevents Work Items from transitioning beyond Pending Advisor Review/Advisor Final Review if the Work Item does not have at least one of each required document.

• The system shows an error message (Missing Required Form(s)) if a Work Item transition is activated while the Work Item doesn't contain all required documents.

AnnuityNet

🐞 Resolved an issue with the AnnuityNet approval call not sending. Now both Event History and Transaction Status in the Ebix domain show Transaction Completed.

🌟 Ability to permit Sales Assistants and Advisors to both work an AnnuityNet order.

Envestnet

📌 Users can now search by Entities in the Envestnet App.

Salesforce

📌 Added new field mappings to support Salesforce integration enhancements.
